ROTI JALA

Ingredient

2 cups Plain flour
1 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 nos whole eggs (grade A)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp turmeric powder

Method
1. Mix all ingredient in a food processor until smooth.
2. Let the batter rest for 30 minute.
3. Use roti jala mould to make this roti jala.
4. Glaze the hot plate with butter or oil before griddle the roti jala.
5. This recipe will generate about 30 pieces of roti jala.
6. Roti jala can best be eaten with chicken curry, beef curry or serawa durian. Please enjoy this classic and tasty traditional food.
